Despite feeling the effects of the 2022 real estate shift like much of the Puget Sound region, Bainbridge Island has weathered the changes better than other areas. Although sales prices dropped from Q1-2022 to a median of $1.18 million, they're still slightly higher than they were in Q1-2021, and the average price per square foot is up 3.5% year over year. This balanced market allows for sellers to attain an attractive price for their listing and buyers to have more choices when searching for their home.
